The Pre-Trip Excitement: A Goa Adventure with Friends
April 16
to 23, 2023. These dates are etched in our minds as I eagerly
anticipate our upcoming trip to Goa, India. As the days count down, the
excitement builds up for me, Manoj, along with my friends Anurag,
Mukesh, Sandeep, and Vinay.
We’ve been planning this trip for few
years, and finally, the time has come to pack our bags, hop on our
Royal Enfield motorcycles, and explore the sandy beaches, vibrant
culture, and mouth-watering food of Goa.
Goa, known for its
picturesque beaches, colonial architecture, and vibrant nightlife, is a
haven for adventure-seekers and beach lovers alike. I am ecstatic to
experience all that Goa has to offer, from its serene beaches and
crystal-clear waters to its lively markets and nightlife.
One
thing I have already decided is the official drinks of the trip. Kokum
juice, coconut juice, sugar cane juice, lassi, lime soda, Niro, Uraak,
and Feni are on the menu, and I can’t wait to indulge in these
refreshing drinks with my buddies as we soak up the sun.

My
two official rides of the trip – the iconic Royal Enfield and the
Harley Davidson motorcycles. These classic bikes are perfect for
cruising along the winding roads and admiring the breathtaking scenery
of Goa.
I
have a long list of activities planned, from water sports and
beach-hopping to exploring the historical sites and markets of the city.
We can’t wait to try the local cuisine, which is famous for its spicy
and flavorful dishes. Goan fish curry, pork vindaloo, and xacuti are
just a few of the dishes that I have been dreaming about.
Apart
from the activities, we are looking forward to spending quality time
together, sharing stories, and creating memories that we will cherish
forever. We know that this trip will strengthen our bonds of friendship
and create a sense of camaraderie that only comes from traveling with
friends.
As the trip draws closer, our excitement continues to
grow. We can’t wait to embark on this adventure together and experience
all that Goa has to offer. From the beaches and culture to the food and
drink, we know that this trip will be an unforgettable one.
